Invasive noninterventional or noninvasive – Greenville, South Carolina area. Established cardiology group in beautiful Upstate seeking additional Noninterventional cardiologist. Group established 1972.

Candidate may do strictly noninvasive or noninterventional (diagnostic caths but no stents.)
VERY busy group - patients are on a waiting list. Physicians are in 90th percentile.
13 physicians + mid-levels in group.
Group has 2 offices.
Physicians own their building and have fully equipped office including 2 nuclear cameras (1 dual head), echo, pro-time, pacer, stress, lipid management, research, treadmills, etc.
Opportunity to participate in research, if desired.
Group has excellent relationship with hospital.
There is longevity - docs who come here are happy and they still until retirement.
Vacancy due to retirement.
Privileges in 2-, mainly working out of 1.
Main hospital is large and open heart (540 beds. Centers of Excellence include: emergency center, cancer center, women's health.) Top-rated facility by US News. Teaching and research hospital. Hospital is located approx. 1 mile from office.
2nd hospital - 207 beds. Full service. Accredited chest pain center. Open heart. A smaller acute care facility.
Shared call 1:8 to 1:10. On nights and weekends. 2 EP physicians do not do diagnostic caths - they do EP only.
Group offers 2-year contract. First year salary guarantee. Second year they are paid as a partner with voting privileges.

Excellent Non-interventional starting salary depending on experience, plus call pay of around $40-60K depending on the number of call days taken. Signing bonus is offered. First year salary guarantee. Second year they are paid as a partner.
