BRAND NEW HYBRID EP LAB. 100% EP EXCEPT DURING CALL AND THE EP WILL NOT DO ANY GENERAL PROCEDURES. EP WILL HAVE OWN RN WHO WILL ROUND WHEN PHYSICIAN IS IN SURGERY OR CLINIC. Large cardiology group in 2 office locations. Interventionals, Noninvasives, EPs, and surgeons.

Looking for candidate to begin working on or before Sept. 1, 2013.

One EP in group is doing afib ablations.

New candidate also needs to do a-fib due to the overwhelming volume at present. Group is extremely busy.

Physicians do all types of ablations, and devices.

Group has brand new hybrid EP lab.

EP physicians do not see general cardiology patients except during call. Unbelievable, attractive call schedule. EPs take cardiology call, but less frequently than other physicians. EP call is one weekend every other month and once a month weeknight call. There is always interventional backup.

Group provides 24/7 RNP coverage for admissions, consults, and first call.

Patient drawing area of over 550,000 and practice has a very active congestive heart failure clinic.

Hospital is the leading provider of cardiac services in the area - 350+ beds and services include chest pain center, cardiac rehab, cardiac ICU, cardiac step-down unit, etc.

Other hospital is 100+ beds and is open heart.

Group also has outpatient cath lab located in main office – they do up to 5 caths in the lab per day.

Noninvasive equipment includes echos, archiving station to perform echos, dual-head nuclear, stress and chemical stress echo, vascular ultrasound, tilt table, 64 slice CT.

Every physician has their own RN or RNP that assists them w/ hospital work. Nurse sees every patient in hospital for the physicians. When physicians are in clinic – the hospital nurse makes rounds.

Employed opportunity. Group is part of integrated system with medical center - over 400 bed not for profit catholic hospital.

Candidate will start at an associate level and after two years you would move to veteran status at which time they have a base salary of 500K and bonuses are shared by the entire veteran pool.

Benefits include year 1 =5 wks vacation/cme, year 2=6 wks vacation/cme, year 3(veteran status) 7wks vacation/cme. All levels of physicians have $3000/yr CME, $200/mo phone, unlimited dues reimbursement, 401K and in year two 401k and

Profit sharing. Sign on bonus is available.

The physicians are governed by a a board made up of all Cardiologist-both associate and veteran level.
